Well my joystick is taking shape. Here's a scaled down version of what I'm using with a layout of where the buttons are going to be placed. What do you guys think?

I just need to find some insulated wire to use to connect the buttons to the circuit board of the xbox controller I'm using. The joystick will work on PS2, PS3, Xbox, and PC so I'll be able to take it wherever I want and play on whatever system the hosts have.

I can just as easily build one. Just requires finding someone selling the game board. Setting up the cabinet and monitor(s) is simple. Plus having an arcade joystick for playing fighting games is much better than a pad. I get tired of taking breaks every 5 minutes because I'm rubbing my thumb raw on the D-pad.
