i think the media, of course, blew up this whole situation into a racial thing. its really sad to see the residents of oakland or hayward showing this pathetic behavior. and theyre destroying OAKLAND their home town...makes no sense.

and im probably wrong but i thought the deceased was hispanic, but the pictures show that he is definitely african american.
