OK guys, its time! FALL Cruise 2008 is coming up soon.

The cruise will be on October 4th, 2008. Saturday. If you attended the last 2 cruises you wont want to miss this one. Last year we had 64 cars! We are lining up some good sponsors for raffle prizes and have some kick ass designs for the tshirts.

For those who dont know, SacFbodyz started the FALL Cruise 2 years ago. FALL stands for Fighting Against Leukemia & Lymphoma. The primary reason for this cruise is to raise money for The Leukemia Society. We raffle off prizes and collect donations on the day of the cruise and 100% of the procedes go directly to The Leukemia Society.


When : Oct 4, 2008 SATURDAY
Time : TBD (meet up will most likely be 9am, departure time 10am)
Where : Roseville to Tahoe. Meet spot will be the park N ride by Sunsplash/Shell Station

We will be going to Tahoe most likely again this year, just a different route. Lunch will be the same as last year, we will all park then head to lunch and come back for the raffle.

Meet between 7:00am - 7:20am and leave no later than 7:30am!

That way we have enough time to get to Roseville do whatever needed up there before the cruise. Which should take us in around 9:00am.

There's a 76 right off the freeway at the exit if fill up is needed as well as a Denny's down the street, burger king, etc.

ok guys, FINAL UPDATE!

the cruise is still on, but the route has changed. We will know be heading from Roseville, down to the bay/coast. Meet time is still 9am and depart at 10am on the dot! We will head down, making 1 stop around Vallejo to pick up some people, then a second stop in Pacifica.

Some people have asked why change the route? SacFbodyz took a vote and the majority decided to head to the bay/coast. There are a few reasons for this, the main reason is SAFETY! with the weather not getting better and snow looking more likely we feel its best to not head up the mountain.

The second reason is we would like to take this opportunity to reach out to our Bay Area supporters. Last year you guys/gals got up at the ass crack of dawn and made a LONG trip. So this year, you get to sleep in and wait for us to show up :)

for those bay area folks who want to meet here is the address of the Safeway we will meet at. Look for us around 1145-NOON.

No I didn't. My g/f rented it for me for the day. I drove it back to SFO yesterday before work. I didn't realize just how much fun it could be below 50. Took it for a drive from The Beach House (half moon bay) to Skyline to Alice's (Intersection 84 and 35) down 84 to HWY 1 and back to the hotel to calm my g/f down after I proposed. It was a blast! :thumbsup: Didn't get to do a single burnout or break the rear end loose though. Two things I still have unchecked on my list.

The only car that stood out in my memory was the black fourth gen with red on the cowl hood and possibly red hockey stick on the side. I thought it was KK but the rims wern't black.

You might have seen me. I was heading over at around 12:30 ish trying to make it to the hotel by 1pm. I was suprised that even in a rental, every corvette I passed waved as if I was an owner. Felt nice to be part of the club even in a rental. :thumbsup:

My Camaro...and a 2 room suite. We had 3 friends staying with us in the penthouse which means the room is an extra 2 feet longer and has a bed, then a sunken lounge area, not a room seperated with a door...
