In the speedo tab of HPT I lowered all speed limiters to 45mph.

Speedo--->Speed limiter

I also set Rev limit off to 3000rpm on at 2999 rpm.

Engine--->fuel controll--->fuel cutoff--->cutoff rpm vs. gear normal.

I took it for a drive and it works great. Try going into boost and it shuts down, take it over 45 and it gently cuts off. Dropped the truck at the painters and now I can be assured nobody will be taking joy rides ;)

I drove it to the paint shop like that, wanted to make sure it was drivable on surface streets under normal conditions. Trying to abuse it or go above 45mph just cut fuel/spark. I don't think the business would purposely hotrod around but you know, the temptation is just too much for some people :P
